The Districts We Cover

The Day Centre covers a different area on each of the 3 days a week ,although Holsworthy is covered on each of our opening days. 

The following details and map of Holsworthy Districts show you the villages and areas from where we are able to collect clients using the County bus. 

If you live in or near one of the following areas then we can collect you if you qualify through Care Direct.

Clients from any area can attend on any of the days provided they arrange their own transport.
